What You’ll Do: As the right hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead with heart and hustle—driving service excellence, team performance, and business growth. You’ll be the spark that ignites a culture where every Associate owns the Member experience and every Member feels valued.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales/customer service experience in a banking/credit union institution's branch PLUS at least 2 years as a supervisor having direct reports and managing the performance of others (operations, compliance, & sales).
  • Subject Matter Expert with consumer lending and fiduciary accounts
  • NMLS License & Notary Certification (or willingness to obtain/renew)
  • A passion for leadership, service, and making a difference
  • Proven success in business development and community engagement
