The Assistant Branch Manager assists in overseeing branch organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans and staff to ensure branch success and become members’ primary financial institution of choice. This role maintains direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Banking Consultant I’s, II’s, and III’s, and ensures the branch culture is professional and focused on sales and service. The Assistant Branch Manager also underwrites, structures, and closes consumer loans, as well as maintains and services an existing portfolio.
