The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting and driving the strategic and tactical initiatives as they relate to building primary member relationships, providing world-class service, and achieving branch profitability goals. The incumbent must develop and support best practices methods to continually improve financial center and operational performance while remaining committed to the credit union's core values and financial results, as well as Member Solutions.
