About The Position

The Assistant Bell Captain supports the Bell Captain in leading the Bell and Door team to ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and luggage services. This role plays a key part in creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests by delivering personalized and anticipatory service in line with Four Seasons standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably within Bell Desk or Front Office operations.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.

• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bell Captain in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Bell and Door team.
• Ensure efficient handling and delivery of guest luggage during arrivals and departures.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing directions, information, and assistance as needed.
• Coordinate transportation requests including taxis, private transfers, and hotel vehicles.
• Monitor the lobby and porte-cochère area to maintain a smooth and organized guest flow.
• Train, coach, and support Bell Attendants to ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
