Assistant BDC/Rental Manager Job Responsibilities Assist in managing incoming sales and service leads through phone, email, and online inquiries. Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers to support the sales team. Help coordinate the rental vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, available, and properly documented. Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers to manage rental timelines and expectations. Track performance metrics and support daily reporting to ensure department goals are met. Step in to support the BDC Manager and Rental Manager as needed, keeping operations running smoothly. Schedule: 4, 10 hour shifts
