Requirements

  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and filing
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls during evening hours.
  • Perform filing and light administrative tasks during daytime hours.
  • Provide general information to customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area.
  • Other duties that may arise to support dealership operations
