About The Position

At Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville , the Assistant Banquet Manager plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all banquet functions, both on-site and off-site. This role supports the Banquet leadership team in delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences that reflect the highest standards of Four Seasons.

Requirements

  • College degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within Banquets or Food & Beverage.
  • Strong knowledge of banquet operations, food and beverage service, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with F&B systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location.
  • Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for an L-1 visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, evaluate, and motivate the Banquet team to uphold Four Seasons culture and core standards.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, from event setup to guest service, maintaining a visible and supportive presence throughout functions.
  • Coordinate closely with Catering and Conference Services to guarantee that every detail of the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) is executed flawlessly.
  • Oversee labor and operating costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of food and beverage offerings with strong product knowledge, including wine and spirits.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in regular operational meetings to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Inspect banquet facilities and equipment, recommending improvements or repairs as necessary.
  • Promote a harmonious and professional work environment through teamwork and positive communication.
