POSITION SUMMARY : To assist the Banquet Manager in ensuring service standards are met with each assigned banquet/catering function/event. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage day-to-day operations of banquets/catering in accordance with established policies and procedures 20% Coordinates the maintenance and development methods for high quality preparatin of food; assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service; and presents menu items for maximum customer satisfaction 20% Assist in managing staffing levels and shift assignments; assisting in hiring and training Outfitters. Develops and holds the team accountable to standards. 15% Ensures that in both the FOH and BOH, all operational basics, standards, SOPs, and SIPs are adhered to with total commitment and passion by providing direction and guidance to employees. 15% Enforces safety and sanitation procedures. 15% Living our Culture; exercising good judgement and making the right decisions; being a role model within your restaurant 10% Willing and able to learn new tasks, systems and technologies 5% All other duties as assigned.
