The position also includes overseeing department inventories, assisting with scheduling and training associates, developing merchandising plans, and ensuring product quality and freshness. The Assistant Bakery Manager will perform the duties of the Bakery Manager in their absence and is expected to maintain a well-stocked and appealing bakery department while controlling expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
