The Graduate Programs in Nursing Practice faculty member is responsible for course development and teaching (including clinical supervision as appropriate) in online Graduate Nursing Practice programs. Responsibilities include assisting the Program Director in developing courses within an innovative curriculum, delivering instruction within scope of expertise, helping to ensure adherence to accreditation and regulatory expectations, developing clinical practicum partnerships, advising students as assigned, and assisting with program evaluation and learning outcomes assessment as appropriate. Applicants must be open to including evidence-based, complementary, and integrative approaches as appropriate in courses taught, and support a culture of self-care for students. Participating in all School, and University-wide operations are also required. All graduate faculty are required to contribute to scholarly and service-related activities.
