About The Position

The Assistant Admissions and Registration Officer serves as a front-line college representative responsible for handling various tasks related to student admissions, records, transcript evaluations, and completion audits. The role provides exceptional customer service, answers inquiries, and ensures compliance with college policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or sixty credit hours from an accredited college, or two years of equivalent office work experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills required.
  • The person in this position must be able to provide exceptional customer service to current and future students, visitors, staff, and administration and must meet expectations and objectives within a specified time frame.
  • Experience with Banner student information system highly recommended.
  • Official transcript required to support Associate Degree and/or credit hours.
  • Criminal background check required.
  • Copy of college transcript (if applicable)
