About The Position

You'll play a central role in supporting the operations of an established Assisted Living Facility in Staten Island. Requirements

  • Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
  • Prior work in an assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare setting is a plus
  • You manage multiple priorities effectively and stay detail-oriented under pressure

  • Comfortable with basic computer systems and documentation tools
  • You show up prepared, follow through on commitments, and take ownership of your responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Administrator to manage daily facility operations and keep workflows running smoothly
  • Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring all documentation is current and audit-ready
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to maintain consistent coverage and quality of care
  • Serve as a point of contact for resident services and family communication, addressing needs promptly and professionally
  • Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records, and track key facility metrics
  • Support survey readiness by keeping policies up to date and ensuring the facility meets compliance standards at all times
  • Assist with the admissions process and handle additional operational tasks as they arise
