Alta Vista Come join our team and start making a difference! Support the Administrator or senior leadership in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence. Assist in budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting activities. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications across departments. Supervise and support clerical or support staff as needed. Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships. Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven administrative or management support experience (typically 2–4 years).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with budget tracking or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Marketing and or business development strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
