About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Account Manager. This role requires a keen ability to read the environment, anticipate risks, and act accordingly. As a Tactical Assistant Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring security at various locations including retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The position demands physical ability as you will be moving around your entire shift. The job is based in Laporte, TX, and offers a full-time schedule with open availability for 40 hours a week. The salary for this position is competitive at $50,000, with DailyPay available for employees. Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Data Entry
  • Previous Winteam experience
  • 1 year of previous Assistant Account Manager experience or similar (Oil & Gas preferred)
  • Valid TWIC card hard copy in hand

Responsibilities

  • Verify identities and control access to secure areas
  • Instill discipline among operations staff to meet company standards
  • React quickly to threats or incidents
  • Process and coordinate all forms of leave for staff under supervision
  • Attend to clients' problems, concerns, and new ideas on a day-to-day basis
  • Convey the company's mission and values to staff
  • Conduct interviews scheduled by the recruiter or Client Service Manager
  • Provide full support for the Account Manager
  • Ensure all officers check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
  • Document incidents and actions taken
  • Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks when needed
  • Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
  • Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze client data and identify trends
  • Hold weekly meetings with the Client Service Manager
