We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive who is bright, energetic, proactive, and collaborative with a positive attitude and has excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written) to join our team. This is a full-time, regular, benefits-eligible position. You must be passionate, motivated, and excited about your work, and have at least one (1) year of professional work experience in advertising, marketing, or communications. Love of, or previous work experience in live entertainment, arts, theater, and culture is a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, including internships, in advertising, marketing, or media industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a large volume of work.
  • Be an effective liaison between the client and various departments within the agency.
  • Proactive personality with the ability to simultaneously manage many projects.
  • Very detailed-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible and receptive to changing priorities, including being receptive to a heavy workload.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Love of, or previous work experience in live entertainment, arts, theater, and culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account team in management of all aspects of client account.
  • Serve as liaison between the account group, internal teams, and client.
  • Manage production billing for client and actualize client budgets.
  • Work with art/production departments to ensure release of all time-sensitive materials.
  • Meeting management which includes everything from scheduling to running AV.
  • Keep detailed records of internal and client notes, creative materials, campaign plans, etc.
