The firm is looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join their team as a Brand, Advertising & Creative Solutions Lead. This leader will be responsible for translating market and audience insights into impactful brand strategies across advertising and creative efforts driving awareness, consideration, and conversion for the PWM and Ayco businesses. The individual will lead a cross-functional team of designers, writers, and marketers to develop and execute multi-channel marketing efforts across brand architecture, advertising, competitive research, awards strategy, partnerships, testimonials, social media, and creative solutions. Strategies will be insights-driven, and the Brand, Advertising & Creative Solutions lead will oversee client and market research to develop brand narratives, creative, media, content and performance strategies into measurable, cohesive and effective advertising campaigns. The role will require close collaboration and partnership with business leadership, marketing colleagues, and agency partners to ensure seamless alignment between brand initiatives, performance marketing activities, and overall business strategy.
