Reconcile, process, and facilitate payments for voluntary corporate action events. Maintain high-quality service standards by researching and responding to inquiries in a timely and conscientious manner. Perform in-depth analysis to identify the root causes of operational issues. Actively participate in compliance-related activities, adhering to established procedures and controls. Provide support and coverage for team members during periods of high workload and perform other assigned duties. Escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.
