The Asset Protection Administrator role safeguards the Company's assets and minimizes losses. This position oversees surveillance, access control, and alarm systems to prevent theft and fraud. It develops policies that ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards and is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of company employees, visitors, facilities and assets. The Asset Protection Administrator implements all security and safety measures, protocols, and procedures to mitigate risks, prevent incidents, and maintain a secure and compliant environment in accordance with regulations and directives for the protection of government information and assets. This position is responsible for physical management of activities performed to maintain the active and passive measures, designed to prevent the unauthorized access to personnel, equipment, materials, and information; and to safeguard them against espionage, sabotage, terrorism, damage, and criminal activity. This position is created in response to Government regulations: ICD 705, 32 CFR part 117, and HSPD 12 and FIPS that is to ensure compliance and audits of physical security controls are met and controlled properly. This position is an independent contributor to ensure and perform all physical security controls are in place, documented and tested, as well as coordinate with other security teams in preparation of customer inspections and reviews.
