About The Position

Manages and coordinates all reporting functions of the Receivership, as well as coordinating services associated with interim servicing and servicing operations until all the receivership assets are resolved, and any ad hoc responsibilities identified are completed. The Asset Operations Manager oversees all junior Operations personnel providing key deliverables, as defined in the policies and procedures related to the reporting and responsibilities for a receivership. The Asset Operations Manager must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite Products skills with an emphasis in Word and Excel experience and proficiency capable of quickly obtaining and processing complex data downloads and manipulating data for a wide range of detailed and multi-level reports.

Requirements

  • Four-year business, accounting, computer science or equivalent degree from an accredited university, and 5 years' experience within operations at a financial institution, or in a financial processing/operations environment.
  • Two (2) years' in a project manager/supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated organizational and management skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience or demonstrated skill in planning and execution of complex assignments.
  • Ability to deal and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and apply independent judgment in developing solutions to accounting and financial problems associated with institution or servicer remittances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Suite Products and the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database systems used by the FDIC. Asset Operations must have advanced Word and Excel experience and proficiency capable of quickly obtaining and processing complex data downloads and manipulating data for a wide range of detailed and multi-level reports.
