What this job involves This position will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency while driving financial performance and operational excellence. Supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals and financial targets. This role requires strong financial acumen, including P&L management, contract negotiation, and margin optimization. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and leadership qualities are a must. Having the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of teams and client stakeholders. What is your day to day? Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3+ years proven work experience in operations management with demonstrated financial responsibility
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, margin analysis, and financial reporting
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel skills required), SAP and other applications
  • Exceptional communication skills; both verbal and written, and interpersonal abilities
  • Can multi-task on many projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, planning and scheduling skills

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Operations Management
  • Professional certification in supply chain or operations management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP)
  • Trade show logistics experience
  • Forklift certified
  • Stand and move for longer periods of time and lift heavy materials (up to 40 lbs.)
