Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in real estate, finance, and investment decision-making.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship

- Previous internship or work experience in real estate, finance, or asset management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of current assets within the portfolio.
- Support the team in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industrial real estate sector.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Participate in property inspections, strategy meetings, deal discussions.
- Assist with transactional diligence and analysis, helping prepare models, summaries, and supporting documentation used in investment and disposition evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of assets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to enhance property performance.
- Prepare and present a capstone project to team leadership.
