The Asset Management Client Skills Training Team (CST) is dedicated to designing, developing and delivering consistent skills and knowledge-based training programs for internal stakeholders and external clients. The CST team works closely with the Asset Management Operating Committee to ensure these teams have the skills necessary to improve our client outcomes and experiences. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop connection to the entire Asset Management business. As a Training Design & Facilitator Specialist - Executive Director on the Client Skills Training team you will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering a suite of training programs within our Asset Management Client Facing teams in North America, Latin America and Canada.
