Performs professional, technical, and analytical work in support of business unit and enterprise-wide initiatives, with an additional focus on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) analysis and centralized analytics reporting. This role will also serve as a resource for the Utility Intelligence program and may be responsible for defining business and operational requirements, assessing current-state processes, facilitating and participating with testing needs, and supporting the implementation of data-driven change initiatives. The Asset Management and Analytics Analyst utilizes knowledge of Company program areas and provides supportive information and data to define and implement solutions to meet varying customer needs, as well as analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved. Duties include facilitating discussions to elicit information required to develop requirements; gathering and using data to research, analyze, design, test and evolve solutions; and assisting and leading as needed through change to future-state environments.
