This role leads the design and delivery of reporting and analytics for Asset Management, including Power BI dashboards, portfolio analytics, operational reporting and executive performance metrics. This position owns the reporting strategy and analytics roadmap to enable effective investment decision-making, strengthen portfolio monitoring and risk management, and improve operational efficiency. Working closely with the Enterprise Data Management Team, this role establishes reporting standards, data governance, KPI definitions and scalable reporting for Asset Management that integrates data from portfolio management systems, accounting platforms and data warehouses. The position provides strong analytical and technical expertise and an understanding of business objectives to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of key performance metrics, monitor portfolio performance, and recommend data-driven enhancements to improve results and streamline execution for the business unit in the delivery of services to our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics or business intelligence, preferably within mortgage servicing or asset management
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear effective communication
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong skills and experience in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
