About The Position

R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and qualified analyst to manage real property for a Department of War client. We have an immediate opening for an Asset Management Administrator I. The candidate should have some experience in real property, real estate, space management, asset management and/or facilities management. This on-site position involves direct collaboration within client spaces and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of real property management. An alternate work schedule approved by the client is available, offering flexibility while ensuring that key responsibilities are met. R&K is an employee-owned company and EOE Vet/Disability.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be eligible for a Secret-level DoD clearance, with current clearance holders preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, proven analytical abilities, and the ability to excel in a dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (2-4 times per year) within the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree is desired but not required for this position.
  • Prefer at least 6 months' experience in federal real property management, real estate, asset management or facilities management.
  • Familiarity with Database Management Systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (e.g., TRIRIGA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with GIS mapping tools and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and floor plans are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Perform asset management, space allocation, and maintain real property records. Conduct quality assurance reviews of data across multiple systems. Create and maintain documentation for real property-related construction projects.
  • Support Services: Provide technical and administrative support to clients and their customers. Develop and implement process changes and improvements. Plan, schedule, and coordinate yearly physical inspections of real property.
  • Policy and Compliance: Interpret and implement both internal and external policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Professionally engage with senior Federal Government and U.S. Military leaders both verbally and in writing. Provide support to other real property management professionals.
