About The Position

The Assessment Integrity Coordinator plays a critical role in safeguarding academic standards across the assessment lifecycle. This position delivers high-level administrative and analytical support to centralised assessment operations, ensuring integrity is upheld through rigorous investigation, reporting, and quality assurance. With a strong focus on accuracy and process excellence, the role contributes to the effective delivery of secure, reliable, and fair assessment experiences for all students. This position will be responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating complex administrative processes that underpin eAssessment delivery, including scheduling, reporting, coordinating projects and resource allocation. It will contribute to the review of suspected academic integrity incidents, producing detailed reports for diverse stakeholders while maintaining clear and professional communication channels. The role also supports and guides casual misconduct reviewers, contributes to quality assurance processes, and analyses performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. In addition, the role ensures compliance with privacy and data security standards, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and provides timely, expert advice to support operational excellence.
