As Assembly you will be responsible for performing repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass produce products. This position also delivers on our core focus of: ü The answer is yes. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- GED or high school diploma
Responsibilities
- Factory Orders: Examine factory orders to determine work instructions and meet production goals.
- Material Handling: Place parts in specified relationship to each other. Band, bolt, clip, screw, cement, staple, or otherwise fasten parts together.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks and inspections on materials to ensure they meet Plant Quality Standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork as directed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to assist the flow of materials and products. Assist team as necessary and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and plant management.
