About The Position
Temp Hours, 3:30pm-12midnight. Pay, $16.50/hr. Assemble products such as hydraulic valves/manifolds and subassemblies per specifications utilizing Production Orders (job packets), schematics and/or blueprints. Provide timely and effective communication and coordination with all departments within the company.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble valves in compliance with procedures.
- Meet or exceed production and quality goals.
- Function testing of completed assemblies per specification.
- Maintain a complete and accurate log of assemblies completed on KBS system.
- Special project support to reach organizational goals.
- Maintain technical proficiency for components and systems.
- Promote safety, practice safe work habits, and comply with safety policies at all times.
- Complete assigned tasks and reports in a timely manner.
- Prepare for and actively participate in all departmental meetings.
- Practice and promote good housekeeping measures and support all company efforts to comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Document quality defects as found in the assembly procedures.
- Accurately process jobs in the production tracking system (KBS).
- Provide support to Testing, Production Support, and Paint Tech.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
