About The Position

As an Assembly & Test Tech Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of advanced technologies, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our production line, ensuring that our products are assembled and tested accurately and efficiently, which is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and testing methodologies.
• Experience with hand tools and testing equipment relevant to the assembly and testing of products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and assembly instructions.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 3 plus; years of experience in assembly and testing roles.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly and testing issues, providing solutions to ensure timely production.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.
