Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical systems
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and use hand/power tools
Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs

Nice To Haves

IPC-A-610 Certification (CIS) is a plus – or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities

Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and wire harnesses
Place through-hole and surface mount components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Perform soldering and mechanical terminations using industry-standard tools
Install mechanical connections including screws, bolts, connectors, and plugs
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in every build
Contribute ideas to improve assembly processes and procedures
