About The Position

This position is responsible for the set up and assembly of our Falcon Shocks. This will require following detailed instructions and inspection processes. This is an assembly line position and requires individuals to work well with others (Team Atmosphere). On-Job training is provided. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
On the job training
Coordination and control

Attention to detail

Teamwork
Ability to do repetitive work
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to continuously stand or walk.
Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Able to manipulate small hand tools
Ability to handle repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, part prints, process documentation, and work center guidelines.
Follow drawings, manuals, specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that is cohesive with co-workers and management.
Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
Ability to meet production requirements as specified by management.
Position will require overtime, weekends and holidays, as needed.
Properly and accurately clock in and out of work orders.
Any other responsibilities and duties as needed to meet company objectives
