About The Position

As an Assembly Technician, you will be a vital part of our production team, responsible for building and testing high-precision components and finished products. You will use technical blueprints and specialized tools to ensure every unit is manufactured to the highest safety and quality standards across sectors like aerospace, propulsion, and avionics.

Requirements

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and experience working with specialized manufacturing tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to "zero-defect" manufacturing and high-quality output.

Nice To Haves

• Certification: A&P or IPC-610 Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Build and assemble complex parts or full systems according to detailed technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Quality Testing: Conduct rigorous testing on completed products to ensure functionality and strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Tool Operation: Utilize specialized hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all industry-specific quality control protocols (e.g., aerospace or medical grade standards).
• Documentation: Record production data and test results to maintain accurate manufacturing logs and traceability.
