Pelham Road | Greenville, SC First Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Industry: Industrial Gas Turbine Manufacturing ? Hands-on. High-precision. Zero boredom. If you’re the kind of person who likes putting real things together, using real tools, and knowing your work actually matters — this one’s for you. We’re looking for an Assembly Technician to join our production team, which builds industrial gas turbine components. If you’ve assembled mechanical systems before — cars, trucks, planes, industrial equipment, or anything similar — you’ll feel right at home. ?? What You’ll Do Assemble complex mechanical components using drawings, parts lists, and procedures Use hand tools like wrenches, torque wrenches, sockets, and more Apply seals, lubricants, and thread sealants during assembly Perform in-process and final testing using air and water flow benches Set up fixtures, tooling, and test equipment Clean and prep parts using compressed air, water, and deburring methods Accurately enter build data and track time/materials in the system Work closely with Engineering and Quality to improve processes and solve problems Translation: you’ll build, test, troubleshoot, and make things better — not just tighten bolts. What We’re Looking For 6 months–3+ years in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment Comfortable reading drawings, routers, and work instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work Someone who values quality, safety, and teamwork Gas turbine, aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial assembly experience is a big plus — but not required.
