Located at our Landing Gear facility in Medley, FL, the Assembly Technician plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes. This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Military landing gear and related components. (2nd Shift Hours are 2 PM-10:30 PM, Monday - Friday) Important Notice : Eligibility Requirement : Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
Requirements
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Ability to read/interpret technical orders and component maintenance manuals
- Strong attention to detail
- Full knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repair in accordance with regulations, manufacturer instructions, and company policies.
- Applies technical knowledge of aircraft systems to effectively troubleshoot and determine system and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintains records in compliance with FAA and Company standards.
- Maintains the premises of the shop facility in a clean and organized manner.
- Maintains equipment and tools in serviceable and working condition.
- Performs any other duties as assigned
