About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our Team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment. This role involves assembling components and products efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
Basic mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Must be able to stand, sit, and/or stoop for the duration of the work day.
Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Flexibility, Reliability and dependibility is a must.

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
Work on the assembly line, collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
Fabricate parts as needed to complete assemblies.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assembling, wiring, and adjusting precision units.
Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
Sets-up and operates a packaging machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Fills, secures, and labels containers according to company, customer and/or regulatory specifications.
Verifies goods packaged against production work orders.
Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams.
Required to perform basic data entry.
