Reata Engineering & Machine Works, Inc. (“Reata”), a state-of-the-art contract manufacturer specializing in comprehensive machining and assembly services, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that assembled components meet our rigorous quality standards and are delivered to customers on time. In addition to assembly work, this position supports downstream production and finishing activities, including passivation processing, laser engraving, and occasional shipping and receiving support , helping ensure a smooth and efficient flow of products through our facility. Overview As an Assembly Technician , you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components and finished products according to specifications. You will also assist with finishing operations such as passivation and laser engraving , and occasionally support shipping and receiving activities when production demands require it. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet customer specifications and are delivered accurately and on time Characteristics The ideal Assembly Technician is highly detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient. They have excellent manual dexterity, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
