We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our shop team in Baton Rouge, LA.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Experience with electrical assembly and wiring
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
Familiarity with machining equipment, such as lathes or mills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Knowledge of measurement tools, such as calipers, for precise assembly
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot assembly issues

Responsibilities

Assemble temperature sensors, automated valve packages, and other products with precision and efficiency
Follow SOPs and meet quality standards to ensure product reliability
Collaborate with the Operations team to meet daily production goals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product assembly
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, showcasing your sense of urgency
Maintain accurate inventory records
