About The Position

Versatile is hiring a Assembly Team Lead to run daily operations in our millwork and commercial furniture department.
This is a working lead position — you’ll guide a team, keep production on track, and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Lead in manufacturing or assembly
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow and meet production deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Experience in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, or furniture is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–12 employees in assembly and production
• Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow
• Ensure quality standards in assembly and manufacturing
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency
• Track labor and production using ERP systems
