Assembly Team Lead - 2nd shift

We are seeking a Team Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily operations and ensure uninterrupted production flow of 2nd shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm) Assembly Operations. This role is critical to supporting our production goals, supporting a safe culture, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ideally 3-5 years of production experience, including experience within Paint operations preferred.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proficient in Windows applications and ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work regular overtime up to 1:30 am and Saturdays as required.
Nice To Haves
- Ideally 3-5 years of production experience, including experience within Paint operations preferred.
- Proficient in Windows applications and ERP systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production flow by supporting and coaching team members.
- Coordinate and execute employee training to meet quality standards.
- Provide problem-solving support and communicate effectively with support resources to resolve issues.
- Act as a change agent to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Enforce company and departmental policies consistently.
- Operate equipment relevant to the area (e.g., CRTs, forklifts).
- Manage timely and accurate material movement within the work area.
