setting up and operating all equipment in the department assembling and disassembling equipment practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufactured gathering, prepping, and weighing raw materials calculating daily production needs forecasting inventory of raw materials providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs accurately completing all paperwork required by the position and other duties as assigned.
