As a Quality/Test Engineer, you will facilitate and develop new elements of APQP including process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8-10 years’ experience.
• Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
• Excel experience.
• PowerPoint experience.
• Teams experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly staff and prioritization meetings.
• Support and track recommended action from the process FMEAs.
• Independent scheduling and lead APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams.
• Review and /or develop process capability studies and measurement systems analysis.
• Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP).
• Perform documentation and presentation at stakeholder updates.
