This specific Assembly Operator position is located within the Re:Build Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio, and is a First Shift role (6am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday), created due to growth in product offering and strategic expansion of capabilities within the Assembly Team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Demonstrates inspection competence.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
  • Has both mechanical and technical capacity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • Great Communicator

  • Integrity and Safety

Responsibilities

  • Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, components, etc.
  • Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
  • Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment
  • Communicates with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
  • Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork
