We are seeking a Team Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily operations and ensure uninterrupted production flow of 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am) Assembly Operations. This role is critical to supporting our production goals, supporting a safe culture, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Ideally 3–5 years of production experience, including experience within Paint operations preferred.
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Proficient in Windows applications and ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work regular overtime up to 2 hours after shift end and Fridays as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally 3–5 years of production experience, including experience within Paint operations preferred.
  • Proficient in Windows applications and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth production flow by supporting and coaching team members.
  • Coordinate and execute employee training to meet quality standards.
  • Provide problem-solving support and communicate effectively with support resources to resolve issues.
  • Act as a change agent to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
  • Enforce company and departmental policies consistently.
  • Operate equipment relevant to the area (e.g., CRTs, forklifts).
  • Manage timely and accurate material movement within the work area.
