About The Position

As an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and systems in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality products to our customers. You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location with an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process and contribute to the overall success of our Integrated Supply Chain by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and testing of components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
