Responsibilities

• Enter manhours, Personal Absence (PAB), and vacation in the system.
• Check parts out of the storeroom.
• Ability to complete work orders, including comments and parts associated with the work order.
• Ability to issue purchase requisitions for parts.
• Complete the Pass on Board as required.
• Complete New Employee Safety Training as determined by ZEP
• Complete training and participate in the 5S program.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the following equipment (this includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, setup, start-up, and adjustments): a. MRN & Packaging dynamics fillers b. Cappers c. Labelers d. Videojet Systems e. Printers, (includes case and bottles) f. Tape sealers g. Bottle erectors h. Case erectors i. Rebuild diaphragm pumps j. General facility maintenance repairs
