About The Position

As an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and maintenance of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless execution of repair and overhaul operations, optimizing processes and enhancing overall productivity. You will report directly to our ISC Operations Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's efficiency and effectiveness by ensuring that all assembly tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, directly contributing to the success of repair and overhaul initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in assembly and maintenance within a repair and overhaul environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and tools.
  • Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on assembly performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
