About The Position

Join our team at Heyco, a PennEngineering Company, a cutting-edge American manufacturer with almost 100 years of expertise. We’re looking for a dedicated Assembly Machine Operator to support production by operating assembly machines and ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong machine operation skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Good problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs regularly (and up to 75 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Start and operate assigned assembly machines.
• Monitor automated equipment to maintain continuous production flow.
• Perform changeovers and make minor adjustments/repairs as needed.
• Package parts accurately, create labels, and keep your work area organized.
• Follow quality procedures, report issues, and assist in problem-solving activities.
• Comply with all safety rules and wear required PPE.
