About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Line Support / Assembly Line Worker to join our team in West Point, GA. This role involves reporting directly to the Group Leader and fostering positive team relations while demonstrating strong leadership and initiative to enhance processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will complete assigned projects to meet company goals and adhere to our Vision and Core Values. Our positions are full-time, year-around employment with paid training.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in assembly.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to support safe operations, teamwork, and accurate execution of job duties. This role involves frequent verbal communication related to safety and production flow.
Ability to engage and motivate team members.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Commitment to safety and teamwork.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to handle multiple parts flow and perform tasks requiring fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus.
