About The Position

Keep the line moving. Keep quality high. Keep safety first. Join as an Assembly Line Support Technician and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll support production by loading materials, inspecting parts, and maintaining standards that our customers count on. How you’ll contribute Continuously monitor equipment in your area and escalate any abnormal conditions or malfunctions to supervision right away Conduct precise visual inspections and document/report defects Load product onto production lines to sustain throughput Carefully remove excess flash from molded parts so every part meets spec Operate in strict alignment with applicable OSHA safety standards Participate in trainings and seminars to stay current with new technologies and techniques Schedule and pay 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Rotating workweeks: Week A: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Week B: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Contract-to-hire with conversion based on attendance, performance, and client needs $17.50/hour with an additional premium for night shifts Upon permanent hire: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Paid vacation What it takes to succeed Background in production or general labor Comfort with reading, writing, basic math, and visual inspection Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Ability to stand through a full shift and lift up to 55 lbs If you’re ready to be the steady force behind a safe, efficient, and quality-focused operation, we’d like to meet you.
