About The Position

We make an extraordinary product. Some might say it defies gravity! As our 2nd Shift Assembly Lead, you’ll be the one leading the team that creates these gravity-defying products. You’ll ensure all products are crafted with the utmost quality by: Acting as the first point of contact for questions and troubleshooting related to the assembly process (you’ll be the go-to expert for your team!) Establishing schedules and completing necessary reports to proactively communicate the status of the assembly team Assuring manufacturing and quality control programs are followed to ensure the finished products meet our quality demands and standards Consulting with the Quality Control department daily to ensure early detection of risks and areas of concern Notifying leadership of potential and existing problems that might interrupt production flow WHEN YOU'LL WORK 2ND SHIFT: Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm – 2:00 am WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Do you have a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment? Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience training and mentoring mechanical assemblers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Strong team building and people management skills
  • Ability to interact with all departments
  • Self-motivated with minimal direction required for day-to-day operations
  • Be obsessed with continuous improvement and not afraid to try new things
  • Have a start-up mentality and be energized at the idea of wearing multiple hats and holistically managing processes
  • Previously experienced and succeeded in a high-growth environment
  • Be professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible and well-organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate up and down the chain of command
  • Be results-driven and of unquestionable integrity
